John Mayer records latest album in Hidden Hills home

Singer John Mayer rented one of Bruce's homes that he built. While living there, he used the house as his home and his recording studio. His album "Battle Studies" was recorded in the house. Joining him on one of the songs was Taylor Swift.

Kardashian/Jenner Residence

Bruce designed and built the home where the Kardashians live and spend many hours filming their enormously popular television show "Keeping up with the Kardashians."

Hidden Hills Tuscan Remodel

In 1997 Bruce built a Country French Style home. The original buyers of the home chose to do a complete remodel and also change the style of the home to Authentic Tuscan. Bruce extensively remodeled the home both inside and out. The home is now completely solar electric powered. Electricity powers the estate without any monthly electric bills at all. Instant hot water heaters that give hot water to all faucets as soon as the valve is turned on. Artificial grass which requires no water along with no mowing fees and no more noisy lawn blowers. It looks and feels completely natural. A drip irrigation system was used for the planted areas to contain the water and more directly feed the plants without the winds blowing the water around and wasting it. The pool, the beautiful stream and spa are cleaned with new technologies so that they stay cleaner and don't irritate a person's eyes. LED lights which are in areas throughout the home last for years and add beauty to specific waterscapes and other highlighted areas of the estate.
